Peeling leathe

I went to city furniture 16 months ago bought 2 couches with warranty. Last month both couches in the center started to peel. They send a repairman over he said it is not warranty it is wear and tear they always blame you. They tried to help with me after i was yelling on the phone by sending the leather in from china then Robert from the company said i will pay to install it. WHAT A JOKE if you are buying leather make sure they cover peeling. They should pay for the install, not blaming every thing on you. Bob boca raton fl
