Ripoff Wont stand behind their work

Do not use this company!!! Although they used to be good at one time, they do not stand behind thier work nor are they very good at diagnostics! The first time they cam out they replaced a breaker and a contactor on the outside unit. All the guy kept saying is i hope I dont have to go in the attic its to hot! Only to be concerned with his needs not ours. When he left it was cooling. Thirty minutes later it went out.

They came back out and replaced the board in the attic unit which controls the ac and heat on a Saturday. He left for a second time only it lasted 3 hours and it went out again. He came out a third time and reset something in the attic unit and it worked. Only this time it worked for 24 hours. On Monday 08/30 it went out again. We called them starting at 1pm and they basically just blew us off and said they were not coming back out until Tuesday. Well it is 90 degrees in here!

They basically said it is your problem not ours. Well if they would have fixed it right and diagnosed it right to begin woth my family and I would not be inconvienced. To make a long story short THEY ARE NO LONGER REPUTABLE!!!
