False Advertising

Contact him to get a main-line stoppage... informed it'd be 99.00. The man came, reported he must be a base in the tube, (he was 2-feet away) along with a bush was "in the manner"... All of this means was additional costs... Nothing was stated on site about having to be 1 base away, or around shrubs. Tube is not wholly unapproachable and it has been acessed several period without issue... It was a rip-off for more income. Didn't occur, as husband told him was he spending money on BS costs. Named another person... Not a problem.
