Oh my goodness!!! This type of terrible and mismanaged home warranty organization. Please remember that Smart Home Guarantee is just a fraud. Do not purchase this house warranty plan - it's a fraud. Our dryer broke down 5 months before and that I have named them atleast 30-35 times since that time plus they are not able to look for a specialist who are able to alter to coil-in the dryer.
