Purchased 2 Standard/Queen pillows - white model (lowest firmness for adults). It was like sleeping on a pillowcase full of rocks. Returned the pillows the next day. Have been waiting for a refund and have since filed a complaint with the BBB. Don't waste your time and money. Seems like Mypillow is not a straight forward company and will sit on a refund as long as they can. Their site states they will refund within 30 days - trust me, it is not within it is after 30 days of the receipt of the return goods.
