Samsung "Blue Line" on Electronics - PL210 Camera, 50" Plasma TV

I bought a 50" Samsung Plasma TV a year and a half ago. TV was working great, until a very annoying vertical Blue Line appeared down the center of the TV! It is very hard to concentrate on the TV while I watch. How can this go away?
I also purchased a new Samsung PL210 off eBay last month. There is a faint blue line on the right hand side of the screen. It is in every picture I take.
Why should I keep supporting Samsung with my electronic purchases? I hope to get rectification and a plan of action from Samsung on how to clear up these issues very quickly.
