Rip-off! We are on a re-payment plan and they are reporting on my credit report that we haven't made a payment in over 5 months which is untrue. I have all my bank statements to prove it!

Dear Anyone that can help,

I need to get something done about this company and their
credit reportings. We are on a re-payment plan and the company is reporting on my credit that we are way past due for a payment.

Which in fact we are not. We have all our bank statements to prove all of them. They are saying that we are almost 5 months behind, which we are not. Is their anyone or any thing that can help us make it right?
