Kenmore refriderator - Kenmore Elite side by side refriderato

I bought a Kenmore Elite side by side on 4-12 took delivery of it 4-21 during the summer i noticed on humid days the on the upper left freezer door i would get a condensation mark about the size a silver dollar so in September i called the for service and they said they would call me back. I never received a call back and it did get humid again til yesterday so I forgot all about it yesterday it was humid out and the spot reappeared so I called for service and they said it is out of warranty and I would have to pay for it and they have no record of me calling them. They said the best they can do is give me $65.00 off the service call is this the way Sears stands behind their products. This refrigerator is not a cheap one it cost over$2100.00 I will never shop at Sears again!
