Mason Barrett Steals From Investors

I recently had the displeasure of working with a local Realtor named Mason Barrett (who sells houses in North Augusta, SC and Augusta, GA) who stole a deal from me that I brought to him on which to work with me as an investor.

The seller contacted me to help solve his problem and once I gave Mason Barrett the details of the property to assist me with helping the seller, Mason Barrett went around me directly to the seller and cut me out of the deal.

After speaking to another local investor to discuss this, it turns out that Mason Barrett tried to steal a deal from him as well. Had I know that Mason Barrett was well known for stealing deals from investors, I would have never brought him into my deal. I guess "Realtor ethics" is an oxymoron and totally nonexistent, at least with Mason Barrett. For details and to listen to recordings of my phone calls with Mason Barrett to prove my case, see:
