Quality Adventure LLC Don't order from this company or it's "family of websites"

I ordered an air pump from this company and paid 81.49 and it worked for 5 minutes before failing. I emailed the company over 10 times requesting a return authorization number which was required for returns. The order slip that came with the pump said that no returns without return number. Any package returned to the company would be refused without the number. The company has ignored all emails and they do not answer the phone, you can leave a message that is not returned. Do not deal with this company. Unethical people.
