Polygon Homes built 240 units at The Crossing at northcreek and only made 12 guest parking spots.
They built parking spots at the first phase, then no parking at all. As it stands, 240 units share 12 parking spots. Polygon homes will not do anything, they stamped the homes next to each other and walked. NO consideration for growing families or home owner needs. Do not buy homes from polygon homes.
