Betterliving Sunrooms and Awnings
Overpriced, lots of caulk, sloppy job Internet

I bought a sunroom from Betterliving of Virginia Beach about 5 years ago and I am definitely seeing problems now. First of all, in hindsight, they used high pressure sales tactics: "In order to get this price, you must sign up today. I have a banker who can help you with a loan." We should have shopped around for a banker, because we ended up getting a high interest rate. We are new homeowners mind you, so lesson learned! Next, they used a lot of white caulk to fill in the numerous gaps! So far, I've had problems with my door closing and locking, I can see one of the windows has an internal component that is shifting (out from the edge of the window), and all the electrical work is external (the wires run through white tubing down the walls).
