Very rude and not clear on website

Asically i want nothing to do with these people ever again. The website tells you nothing about the £95.00 labour costs on top of £70.00 pick up and delivery costs. The T. V went for repair but came fixed with the power button, still didnt work sent it back, came back again and still not working, went back again and came back with it working this time, but the button fixed originally on the first visit was wobbly again. The so called manager is extremely rude and put the phone down on me, they do not give it to other managers that also own this company. I do not want anything to do with them, but their commmunication is very poor, you have to chase your repair up time and time again. I would never recommend this company to anyone after my terrible experience.
