Technicians, Dispatchers, Managers. Very Poor Service Unable to keep appointment, rude dispatchers and managers

Terrible service. "No Service America" is what
they should be called. They never come on time. Even though they have a 8 to 1
"appointment window". Then half the time they do not know how to fix
the problem.

On my air conditioner two guys had to come out over a 1 week
period. I actually diagnosed the problem because they were clueless. The first time they came out and
thought he fixed it he said "I will be right outside and I will wait to
make sure the air conditioner stays working". That was the only time he
moved fast. He got out of there immediatley. And of course the AC quit working
after about 15 minutes.

Now I have a broke washer. First they are late again. Then
when they get there I call to complain and ask for compensation for my valuable
time. They were rude, interupting me and giving me the runaround. Never got
anywhere with them and I am now on the 2nd trip with the washer. This guy does
not know anything. He is making noise cussing and complaining. I work out of my
home and cannot get anything done. Then he asks me to tilt the washer and hold
it in place so he can figure out how to replace the pump. After several minutes
of him fumbling around I tell him if he needs the washer tilted he should block
it, to hold it in place.

Now get this; "HE IS ANNOYED WITH ME!" He then
tells me "he does not have a block". I said "use your toolbox
setting there." He gets annoyed again and says "I have enough stuff
in my way". Then he says "why are you tired of holding the washer
already?", then he says "just thought I could get a little help". I said I
"just thought you are here to repair the washer not me". He says he
is going to have to have someone else come out to fix it. I looked at him and said "what" and he said
"yes someone else will have to come back". This imcompetent boob could not fix anything.

He will never set foot in my house again! Besisdes being unprofessional and rude I
suspect he was still drunk.
