I purchased a new leather sofa set. After a few months, the leather started peeling and the cushions flattened out. After dealing with rude and combative customer service and store personnel the items were fixed, despite my request to have them replaced. After a few months later the same thing happened again. The whole set is now facing the same problem and with an expired one year warranty I must now replace the whole set after only one year of purchase. Major rip-off.
