Sloppy work, ripoff homr remodeling

We purchased a home rehabbed by this company. What a ripoff. Please be mindful when you look at one of their rehabbed homes. The work was very poorly done. They painted over rotten wood on the deck to make it look nice even though it was junk and non functional. The tubs were poorly re-done, finish washing off in 6 mos, new tile grout chipping off and countless other poorly done jobs. Buyer beware! The house may look nice but you will spend thousands of dollars repairing poor work.
