Capital Windows and Doors Fraudulent taking of funds non perfomance of work overcharged for window measurments

Capital remolding were to install windows in our home. We gave them a 1000.00 down payment and the check was cashed before any work was done the only thing they did was come out andd measure the windows. I asked to hve our money refunded and wa informed several tomes in the course of 3 weeks that they would not do that because the windows had been measured. The company is a ripp off
