I have been trying to rent from this person and have had nothing but trouble since the deposit was cashed. I have no lease or key. Light fixture unsafe. Garage full of junk. Garbage near garage. Doors not functional if attached. No smoke or CO detectors. Failure to provide information concerning who has been there. Out right lying in conjunction with her daughter, Wendy Rykhus. The list grows every day.
