Totaled my car

Beware!!! Firestone DOSE NOT care about the customer... My car was in a accident while in their care and was totaled... They NEVER offered a penny, NOTHING... I am now out a car and will have to put thousands out of my pocket to replace the vehicle used to transport my disabled son and his equiptment!!! Way to go firestone great customer servicenot!!!
