Master cleaning Secretive company refuses to give out information Owners Name address of the company business liscense information

Set up appointment with carpet cleaning & upholstry work scheduled when technician arrived I asked for his credentials and Identification I already did my web work and found nothing on Master Clean. The tech refused to give ID and over the phone the manager refused to give company name address or owners name this made me suspicious so I looked them up on this web site and found 2 more complaints. I made the tech pack up and leave.
