Poor work, roof leaks, and they never come back to fix it!

I looked on the net for a roofer and saw their add it look good so i called them, they came right away and did my repairs that they said would fix my problems, the next rain storm it leaked worse, so i called back to get no answer, waited a while called again and they said they would come asap, they never showed up again, had to hire a real company to re do all the work the right way, i ahve taken this up with the RBQ, and the CSST, and the OCQ in which they do not report their roofs, (jobs), stay far away from this company.
