Purchased building materials through Craigslist. This slag never delivered the item and bilked $750.00 from me. He works under the name Troy L Garcia at troylgarcia@gmail.com under the phone numbers below. 100's of aliases.

He claims to be a general contractor working in Houston and Dallas. Has a fake Linked In account for roofing and general contracting. Deep Texas drawl and appears to be around 40-ish. Very convincing grifter / scam artist. Claims to have high-end building materials that hes taken out of homes he has worked on. Has elaborate stories about the items. You are dealing with a professional liar and cheat. Old school confidence game.
