Big ripoff internet company - takes your money and does not deliver product

I ordered a carpet dying kit on the Roper Systems International Internet site: www.bleachstain.com. After I did not receive confirmation of my order, I tried calling the 1-800 number. The number had a recording that stated it was "blocked" or inaccessible from my area.
The next month, I had no product, but received a $160.00 charge on my Visa card. Luckily, my Visa company credited my account.
I just want to warn everyone out there not to order anything through this company!
