Ordered a custom sized piece of glass from Elite Glass company online for a table top. It was a round piece of tempered glass that was cut very poorly, leaving uneven edges. I left phone messages and sent emails about this with no response. However I was able to use the option that shows you when your email has been read, and it showed that the company president personally read mine. I left the president a voicemail and emailed customer service with no response. The companies voice mail has several options for what dept. You can call but no matter which you choose no one picks up. It leaves the impression that there are very few workers at this company and perhaps all the phone options are to give people the impression that this is a big, professional company. Very sloppy work!
