Guthy Renker Wen Haircare
Item Not received, Wrong address, Still Charged!

Wen haircare claims they shipped an item to my mailbox in a mail store. They didn't put my correct address on it according to them and I didn't receive it. I followed up after recieving a bill and asked them what it for. They said they shipped it and I would need to fax an affidavit of not receiving the item. I did within 2 days of recieving. I almost never use that mailbox. I went to the mailbox and there were 3 or 4 letters saying I still owed them money.

I called the phone number I had. The first customer svc person said they don't ask people to fax the affidavit. The person they escalated it to said if I fax I need to call and notify that it's been faxed. The supervisor Ruth id 5875 acct supervisor said they do take faxes and they didn't receive. The only thing they all agreed on was weather I received it or not I owe them $90. A total SCAM. I will always look at Guthy Renker and Wen as a fraudulent operation.
