Guthy-Renker - Ellen Croft's Supreme Pilates FRAUD, Sent item with missing parts that still have not been replaced despite repeated calls. Ripoff

I ordered Ellen Croft's Supreme Pilates. When I received the item, I noticed that I was missing so many parts that the device was unusable. I called and spoke with a customer service rep, (Elizabeth), who told me they would send the missing parts out.

1 month later, I still have not received the parts. Despite repeated calls, all I get is a song and dance that they will send the missing parts and they are very sorry for the inconvenience and that it is an error with the computer system. However, I did notice they don't have a problem charging my credit card.

I have asked that someone contact me. However, after I week of no response, I don't think they are ever going to contact me.

Guthy-Renker sold me a incomplete equipment device and have made no serious efforts to correct the situation. I would call this fraud, the device was not what was shown on the TV.

To all potential buyers, be careful when dealing with Guthy-Renker.
