Ought new mobile home and lot package, was sent to strickland const co. Pahrump nv to do the set up. On first lot was going to charce 12,000 had to change lots due to complications in paperwork on the lot we did purchase and with the same set up with no lot prep to be done the bill was 20,000???

When mobile was put on lot strickland changed the set up and copied our signature on the paperwork according to the state contractors board he falsified the paperwork and is willing to testifie to that in court. Took the paper work to the asstant district att. And was told it was a civel issue and that he would do nothing till the state contractors finished there investigation and then maybe the district attorney would get involved. We have the paperwork to back all this up.

Along with this the mobile home manufacture nation wide homes will not fix the mobile as is in the warenty we have been trying to get repairs done for 6 mo they make promises and then no show.

I was called out of town on an imergency and my wife couldnt get the front door lock to work in order to lock it when we called nation wide they stated that the repaire man was out of state for a week and the couldnt do anything about it so had my wife had to get a out side repaire guy to fix it.

Nation wide has not been herd from in 2 weeks. Also we wound up with 2 loan amounts and 3 diferent interest rates on the property. We wrote old kent morgage on all this and stoped the payments has only taken them 2 mo to call us and then it was just over the payments the paperwork was sent to them regestered mail.

These are not good people to do business with any of them.
