Unprofessional!

Extraordinarily bad service. And NO, i am not one of their competitors writing a bad review. What happy horse sh*t that comment was! I called them twice over a period of a month to try to arrange to have someone to come and assess and estimate, remove and clean up old insulation in a small attic room. The boneheads never had the professionalism to call me back. How does a business remain alive in such an economic climate when they feel that they can afford to be so dismissive in handling prospective clients. Wow. I will never use them! I have not the time nor the inclination to employ a company who wastes my time.
