Rude and Unprofessional... Worst Furniture Company ever... NO refunds... All sales final

I recently made a purchase of a 2pc sectional sofa on 2/8 (paid in full 523.14) and was advised due to it being out of stock, it would arrive within 7-10 business days and I would be called once it arrived. Well 2 weeks went by and no phone call so I called on 2/22 to inquire about it. The saleswoman advised it did not come in with the last shipment as scheduled and asked to give them till March 1st, over another week, to have it in.

Well I called this morning and inquired and no one could advise if it was in. At this point I just wanted my money back and go somewhere else. Once I arrived at the warehouse and asked for my money back due to I have not received what I paid for, I was advised there are no refunds, all sales are final. There are no signs anywhere in the warehouse stating this but the salesman pointed it out on my receipt I received, after the sale was completed.

So I asked, "So your telling me that despite no one advising BEFORE the purchase that all sales are final, if a customer makes a purchase then changes their mind immediately after they are not able to get their money back?" Yes was his reply. Yet when I asked if indeed my furniture had arrived on the truck today and if so can I see it he replied, What do you want them to do bring it out here for you to see if its here? Yes a*hole (didn't say a*hole though)

I sat for 30 minutes waiting yet no one came to advised my furniture was indeed there. I then walked to the counter, where there were 4 employees standing around, they looked at me and did not acknowledge me. So I asked as politely as possible if my furniture had arrived. He sarcastically advised yet. When I asked due to it not arriving within the time frame I was advised could it be delivered free or even at a discount, NO was his reply. All delivery is 59.00. I refuse to pay another copper penny to this company and just walked out to calm down. Now I have to find another truck to pick up my furniture since when i was moving into my new place and had a truck my furniture was not here.

I have already contacted one of the local tv stations in the area. See you on tv soon
