Where's My Order?

Ordered product on 2/20 and then phoned to find out a possible estimated delivery date, but no one answers the phone. Have tried on several occasions to call and email but the automated message on the phone states that the office is closed, but should be open based on the posted hours on the website. Also, my emails have gone unaswered as well. Now charge being made to card and cannot be disputed until 30 days have passed, so no product and out money to purchase for different supplier!
