After being told I was going to have three men for my move only two showed up. One of them did not speak english and was in the lobby for 15 minutes as he did not understand how to "work" the elevator and i had to pay for those 15 minutes of wasted time. I was told that the final cost would be no more than $380.00 for 1 bedroom apartment, not much furniture and I moved all the boxes myself to cut their time down, the final cost was $450.00."Extra packing materials". Ridiculous. Furniture chipped and they just carelessly plopped down the stuff. They were 20 minutes late, that time I fought for. They will promise you the world until they get their "deposit". Beware. Go elsewhere, it was very stressful watching them work.
