I paid them $39,000.00 to build a solar system. It has been 6 months, there is still no solar system

On August 3rd I contracted Solar One Shop to build me a 6k free standing Solar System at my residence. I paid them $39,000.00 to do this.
It is 6 MONTHS later and I still have no Solar System.
I have been told everything from "the product is no longer available" to "you have lost your place in queue, other customers need to be taken care of first".
I always have to call them and lately it has only gone to voice mail.
I wish I never had done business with this company.
I DO NOT recommend ANYONE to do business with this company!!!
