Ripoff for 5 years now. Customer NO SERVICE!

Five years and thousands of dollars later and we have used our pool less than 10 times! Underground leaks, total run around, will not return our phone calls. We have threatened them and then they make a small attempt to make better, but it doesn't last.

Can't get information even on replacing our skimmer, say they will call back, and they don't!

We have had so many leaks in so many places, it is driving us crazy. They just don't care. They even belong to the better business and that doesn't seem to matter.

Next step for us will have to be a lawsuit and who has time for that.

I could go on and on about all the promises they have made us and then the phone calls just stop. Over it!!!
