Failure to honor warranty

Arrived home to my exterior doorway failing around, however locked. The 6-foot high glass place had merely dropped from it and killed throughout my terrace and actions. I named the organization plus they proceeded to inform me that it had been wind injury, and they wont guarantee the doorway due to the breeze, and they do not guarantee the glass. I told them "I will discover where the screws were said to be, plus they were not fixed into something. Therefore, I Have taken images, and I highly doubt they will do something about this. The client support representative was really nonchelant and may have cared less. Excellent organization, thats for certain. I will never buy another item from their website.
