Fraud and cheating

My Spouse and that I had brand new windows along with a falling glass doorway along with a french-door place in our home. Once they mounted the French doors these were difficult to secure so we named them in the future and repair it. We were informed they'd contact us and let's understand once they might come.

We left on holiday also it just-so happened that my mom was below plus they arrived through to repair the doorway. Nicely whenever we returned house and noticed exactly what a horrible work they did we called again. Dave got to access the problem and guaranteed he'd purchase a brand new component for that gates so when he obtained it he'd contact and put up a scheduled appointment around in the future and repair it.

Well, we've never noticed from their website again which was in September. I've attempted to contact the organization and all I acquired in the beginning was a chaotic signal. Today it's March 18 and that I attempted to contact them again and also the telephones have already been disconnected. I suppose they're possibly out-of company or they've not compensated their telephone bill.

Regardless I suppose my Guarantee is nul and emptiness. It isn't worth the document it's created on easily cannot actually contact them to repair the issues I've. So what can an individual do about that?
