I received a confirmation email that did not contain tracking information. I could not reach anyone at the number on the website and no one replied to multiple email requests for information.
I attempted to contact someone again through the website phone number and no one ever answers. Still no email response. I contacted my credit card company who then tried a different number that was shown on their side of the transaction. They said the number on their side was not a good number.
This company has an excellent website and they use Disney awards as a tool. They also have websites with press releases about their disney awards. If you look close they are (at least the ones I saw) what appear to be released by Steelcorp. Not released by Disney. Send2press.com and other self promoting sites.
I canceled the card, filed a claim, emailed Disney.
