The company delivers the tree or trees well past the promised date; it admits that wrong sizes are delivered to many customers; the trees delivered are bare root insead of with a dirt ball as verbally promised; the plant's size as advertised is before being trimed about one-third as stated in the "fine print" on the packing slip; the customer is charged well in advance of shipping, contrary to its advertising; the shipping charge for orders over a certain amount is excessive; the delivery box for the smaller tree is poorly constructed; the configuration of the smaller tree is little more than a sturdy twig with about three severly trimmed branches.
