This company was completely dishonest, never completing the contracted work and caused more damage to the house

I hired Russell Anthony Exteriors for a roof repair job after returning from a deployment and they said they would get it fixed within 2 weeks. After 2 weeks past I called to see what was happening and they told me I was next on the list. This went on for weeks that then carried on to months. Meanwhile my small leak was getting worse, finally after three months they showed up an hour and a half before sunset and started work, only halfway completing the job before it got dark. The next day it rained and with the job left in the incomplete state the water no longer dripped into the house it poured in. Completely devestating and they refused to take acountability for the damage. At this point I went to the BBB who launched and investigation and based on my report and several other complaints their accredidation was revoked. Overall aweful experience! I hope you have not entered a contract with them!
