This payment support is infamous for not delivering clients their ebills after which evaluating a $10.00 overdue demand for not making funds ontime. I never obtained by January ebill after which after I observed and went online to help make the cost, I noticed this cost. After I named to obtain a waiver, they suggested they have evidence that my ebill was sent to my mail account of report. After I requested to get a backup of the verification shipping, they declined to deliver me a verification delivery doc and alternatively delivered me another backup of the particular bill. Because this a monopoly, I've no option but to pay for the late charge. I ended the ebill and today they've to deliver me the statement via email, charging them more. Watch out for the corporation. They're unfavorable, unprofessional and rude. Keri Parsons and Christine aren't customer-friendly. Terrible, awful company.
