Paul Bange Horrible 5 Year Warranty, a 10% charge to transfer a warranty to new owner. Ridiculous policy for a $40000.00 roof. Most other reputable roofing companies offer 10 years no transfer fee. Home owners beware. THATS 4000.00 TO KEEP MY WARRANTY or to SELL MY HOUSE!
I do not understand why the BBB does not help us to register this complaint this is a racket.
