I purchased a bombay chest 18its months ago from catherine Risi she had told me several times she had shipped but never has shipped. Paid 1255.00$ The chest had hand painted roses on it catherine risi is a rose artist.

I have called and emailed, texted, left many messages for catherine risi and she refuses to respond. I have given her option to refund money if she cant ship and she refuses to repond to me. Her website is still active she also sells her handmade and rose painted perfume bottles locally in her area also her handpainted furniture locally in her town of pembroke pines florida right near Miami florida. She sells items out her home at. 8672 south west. 15th st. Pembroke pines florida 33025. Not sure at this point what to do have receipt of purchase may take to court in Florida.
