Bring your magnifying glass to read the Terms and Conditions of Sale. (It is microscopically printed in light gray on the back of the purchase receipt.). I questioned our sales associate, Lesley, prior to our purchase about the return policy. She assured me that a store credit would be made. I will not go into detail here. Just want to notify people to think twice before purchasing ANYthing from Rooms to Go.

Purchased a sofa that did not work in our home. The store mgr. Joey Rossini, said to me, and I quote: "Customer preference is not a consideration. Is the sofa defective?". Long story short, we will have to spend more $ in fees in order to "reselect" (RTG terminology) another sofa. Whatever. I wish I had just donated $ to a good charity rather than done business with RTG. We have recently spent thousands to furnish our new home with companies that ARE concerned that our preferences are met. Shame on this company!
