We are a local roofing contractor here in Phx Arizona and came in contact with Maclum developments in 2006. We re-roofed a mall in Payson Arizona for them that was over $41k It is now almost 2012 (6 years later) and have yet to be paid by them. Upon attempting to collect our debt we hired an attorney and andrew harrison and his son were nowere to be found. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! At that time our company was very small and due to Maclum developments dishonestly and lack to keep their end of the contract we almost went out of business! They are unproffesional and will rip anyone off in a heart beat!!! We have also been told that they have several complaints as well as leins against them as a company due to them not paying other contractors they sign contracts with. Ive also seen another rip off report about them done in Texas so it looks like they rip people off and move somewere else to target other victims! Please know Maclum Developments we havent forgotten about you and someday WILL get the money we deserve!!!
