John Clackum, All About Fences, Amazing Fences and Landscapes, Amazing Fences Unethical liar, avoid at all costs

Mr. John Wesley Clackum lied to my face, over the phone and through text messages over a 8 week period before finishing the job. I made the mistake of giving a 50% deposit to procure materials for the job. I had to threaten legal action before he finished. He gave me every excuse in the book to delay the job. He's also threatening a lien on my home after reneging on a discounted final bill due to the delays.

I had an almost identical experience as the other usacomplaints.com for All About Fences. It looks like Mr. Clackum has had to change the name of his business previously in order to continue his scam.

Ultimately the quality of workmanship seems good, but Mr. Clackum is difficult, unethical and has no pride in his reputation. I'd give him zero stars if possible. Do not do business with this company or man.
