Ripoff I have nothing to show for my money

This supposed company is terrible. I ordered a custom blind for my kitchen on 3/28/04. It's now 5/23/04 and I have nothing to show for my money. I called so many times, wrote emails - and they never replied. I sat on hold for an hour at a time. No one answers their phones. All they do is take your money and give you no merchandise.

Funny, I did get ahold of someone once in their sales department whom said he could not help me & I needed to talk to customer service. He took down my number and promised someone would get ahold of me within 24 hours. They never called! They are such a rip off scam - their website looks legitimate but they are NOT. Do not use them!!!

I reported them to my bank... We'll see if anything happens but so far I'm out the Money.
