Liz and Laura Maintenace is aweful, landlords are rude and hard to communicate with

After being warned of the terrible two-some that manage Terrier properties I still ended up signing a year lease with them. I have only been here for about a month and half and I think I'm going to loose it. As soon as my roomate and I opened the door to new apt it was just as it was when she first showed it to us (even though maintenance was said to have it cleaned and repaired by the time we moved in.) I don't know who's bright idea it was to use tri and bi - fold closet doors as room doors, but they were off track and hanging on for dear life. The used to be white doors are pee yellow and should have been gone years ago. The white tile floors were barely white and I couldn't help but notice the same dead frog in the same spot I had seen it a week before when we first looked at the place. The walls were so stained, I couldn't even begin to imagine what went on in this place prior to us finding it. I painted the whole kitchen myself out of disgust. The AC filters looked like they hadn't been changed out in at least 5 years. I've never seen more mold on the inside of a shower than this, my toilet sounds like it's about to drop to the ground everytime I sit on it. The refrigerator was just as full of mold as the shower, I just puked in my mouth a little thinking about it. The tile surrounding the kitchen appliances is completely brown all my scrubbing for days hasn't put a dent in it. Since we moved in I have been calling and asking for maintenance at once a week and they kept telling me "he'll be there Friday". It's been 6 fridays since and still nothing. I see Liz walk her dog everyday and she just avoids me. Whenever you approach the matter by phone they just hang up in your ear, 2 of the lousiest woman I've ever met. Rude and money hungry. I just got a bill thats almost as much as my rent causae I didn't attend the "dog interview" I wan't aware of. Don't ever sign with terrier!!! Save yourself the hassle!!!
