Monro Muffler Brake & Service
No more talking please

This is the second time I had a problem with the Monro Muffler in Manchester, NH treating me (a woman) like some bimbo that knows nothing about cars! I knew the part I was looking for (an AC Condenser) and the fat a* jerk behind the counter was questioning if I knew what that was!!!??? Ofcourse I did!!! That is the last time I set foot in any Monro Mufflers, ever! Lastt time they had my car 3.5 hours for an oil change (was told it would be an hour) then I told them I needed a bulb replaced, so ofcourse, same idiot said (after asking him what was taking so long) "DUHHH did you know you need a new headlight bulb? Really? Did you read the freakin work order? Then when I went to get in my car my the tech knocked out my auto starter out had him put it back in after argueing with the big oof that it wasn't like that 4 hours ago. All I can say is don't treat me like I'm some naive bimbo that will just say, UMMM ok, whatever you say, I'm not and buy the way these last two visits went I seem to know more about auto engines then their employees!!! X-p
