Monro Muffler "Breakes" my bank account - Catalyic Converter change

I took my car to Monro in Leominster, MA after my engine light came on & auto store said it was catalyic converter thinking that taking it to a "name" garage I would get great service. They agreed it was my converter and gave me a quote. I thought it was a bit high, they said it was because they had to get a direct fit one, so I figured well as long as it's done right and if thats what I needed to go ahead. 3 hours and $1300 later it was "all set". There was a limited warranty, but I do not drive my car as much as was needed to reach the mile that my engine light came back on. I brought it back and they said they would change it, after a little disagreeing about what was wrong. This time took about an hour, amazing didn't have to wait for it to be delivered this time. Hmmm. It was "changed" and around 200 miles later engine light was on again. Auto part store said converter, 2 other garages said it was the converter & didn't want to take my money to fix what Monro should. Monro just said it was the O2 sensor, I had that changed, light still on. I e-mailed them about the problem and waited 2 months for a response, nothing. I wrote a letter and sent it to HQ, nothing. I sent another w/signature verification, nothing so far. It has been almost a year and my engine light is still on, willnot pass inspection later this month and no other mechanic really wants to do anything. I am at a loss at what to do, thought that going to an established business was a good idea, guess not.
