Continue to send stuff I have no use for and expect me to pay for it

I am a home gardener living in TX. As so often happens, I thought this was something I would get some good out of. This so called club operates in a fashion I have decided is not exactly up to snuff. They continue to send stuff I don't want and expect me to pay for it. I plan to pay for the latest book I did not want and tell them I will not accept any more stuff and will reject any thing they send and return it.
