UNscrupulous, Rude, Dirty Contractors

This contractor works for AHS, a very seedy home warranty company. They came to my house, about a week after I called, proceeded to take apart my heater & left. They never returned, & the heater was not fixed. When I called to inquire when they would return, a curt woman answered the phone & when I said my name she said, "Hang up the phone!" I asked what was wrong with my heater & when it would be fixed, I have a young child. I was shocked at her rudeness, but remained cordial. She said, "It was the flood, it won't be fixed, hang up the phone!" She hung up the phone loudly. I called back, she said, "Don't call here again, hang up the phone!"
